A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 2 AM TO 2 PM EDT THURSDAY.
* HAZARDS... RAIN WILL CHANGE OVER TO SNOW LATE TONIGHT. SNOW WILL BE HEAVIEST FROM 5 AM TO 11 AM.
* SNOW ACCUMULATION... 2 TO 6 INCHES ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA... WITH THE HIGHEST AMOUNTS OVER THE HIGH TERRAIN OF NORTH CENTRAL LOWER MICHIGAN.
* IMPACTS... VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO BELOW 1 MILE AT TIMES. ROADS WILL BECOME SLUSHY AND SNOW-COVERED LATE TONIGHT INTO THURSDAY MORNING.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES... AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.
