Alden Evening Stroll: Featuring music from One
Accord, gospel and bluegrass band, in downtown
Alden, 6-9pm.

Tea Celebrating Women in Art: Tea on the Bay
at the Old Coast Guard Station, Frankfort, 2-4pm.
Hosted by the Crystal Lake Art Center. Cost,
$25.

"Culture of the Middle East": International Affairs
Forum Lecture with Joseph W. Elder, sociology
professor at the University of Wisconsin, and the
discussion of Afghanistan and its relationships
since the Soviet invasion of 1979. Held at Milliken
Auditorium, TC, 6pm.

4th Annual Girls Night Out: Wine, chocolate tasting,
samples, door prizes, coupons and a fashion
show at the Glen Arbor Township Hall, 5:30-8pm.
Women can experience all there is to offer from
local businesses, restaurants and shops. Please
bring a clothing donation.

Chef Johnny Brannigan: Author of the book "Eat
Taste Heal: An Ayurvedic Cookbook for Modern
Living" will be at Horizon Books, TC, 6-8pm.

Benzie County Business After Hours: Held at
Franke Family Dentistry, Frankfort, from 5-7pm.
Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, 50/50 raffle and prizes.

Ellsworth Pig Roast: Held in downtown Ellsworth.
Events include a 50s style "drive-in" dinner and
ice cream social and one-man-band Andy Barger,
a preview of the Great Lakes Timber Show, 5k
run/walk, horse pull, grand parade and much

11th Annual Gallery Walk: Visit nine galleries in
downtown Petoskey, beginning at 6pm and ending
in the Rose Garden at Stafford's Perry Hotel
